FOWLER & Co.
CATERING
ABOUT US
Chef Brian K. Fowler is an honors graduate from the famed NY Restaurant School in Manhattan. Brian started young, finding himself in the kitchen at the early age of four. After applying to the New York Restaurant School in 1991, graduating and completing his externship as well as a year at Larry Forgione's An American Place he moved on to such places as Carltun on the Park, the Garden City Hotel, and was Sous Chef at both Bedlam Street Fish & Clam Co. and Gebhardts.
Brian felt that in the end his focus was to take a different path all together. Besides becoming a personal chef & caterer, he is also a culinary instructor at the Viking Cooking School at Loaves & Fishes Cookshop in Garden City NY. He can be found teaching and cooking there, or at many home kitchen's on Long Island or beyond.
Kelly A. Fowler is more than just the Chef' right hand. She too got her start cooking at home, but is so very much more. Her talent lies not just in food, but in making sure the stage has been set. Her craft is that of both table designer as well as behind the camera. She has a unique eye when it comes to capturing that "special moment" that no planned pose could ever rival.
