Re:  A Birthday Dinner to Remember 

It was the best present I ever received!  A catered birthday dinner prepared and served by two wonderful chefs.  Brian and Kelly Fowler came in to our home and prepared and served a wonderful gourmet meal, leaving me and my husband with nothing to do but enjoy our guests.  

They were extremely professional and well-prepared for the evening ahead.  The appetizer was a light bean dip which the guests loved and devoured quickly.  The dining room table was beautifully set and on each plate rested the menu for the evening.  The first course was a chicken soup served in large won tons.  This was certainly a creative take on a traditional dish and was received with enthusiasm.  The main course was a succulent lamb served over parmesan polenta.  The amazing meal was completed with a decadent white chocolate mousse served in martini glasses.  This, too, was a hit with our guests.  The service was impeccable. 

At the end of the evening, the kitchen was left spotless!  I would not hesitate to have them cater another dinner party at our home.
