NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER PARTY & CELEBRATION
Dear Brian & Kelly,
Thank you again for an unforgettable New Year's Eve dinner that you prepared for us and our guests in the comfort of our home. Our guests that were present at our dinner party are still talking about one of the most elegant and entertaining evenings that they have ever shared. Your attention to detail and culinary knowledge in every aspect of your cooking and presentation were unsurpassed. We were very impressed with your technique of describing the food and preparation before each course of our four course meal that was served to us that evening.
As a special treat, you allowed our guests to interact and assist with one of the three dessert courses you prepared for the evening. Our friends went home with some new cooking ideas and tips that they will try to recreate in their own kitchen.
What a surprise that evening when Kelly starting taking pictures of our evening's celebration and sharing them with us for a cherished memory of our New Year's Eve culinary extravaganza.
Once again, Brian and Kelly, we were overwhelmed by your professionalism and warm presence.
We all chimed in that we felt that we were being served and entertained in a five star restaurant.
We wish you continued success in your catering company and look forward to spreading the word about your culinary genius.
Sincerely,
Laura & Peter Wigger

Re: A Birthday Dinner to Remember
It was the best present I ever received! A catered birthday dinner prepared and served by two wonderful chefs. Brian and Kelly Fowler came in to our home and prepared and served a wonderful gourmet meal, leaving me and my husband with nothing to do but enjoy our guests. They were extremely professional and well-prepared for the evening ahead. The appetizer was a light bean dip which the guests loved and devoured quickly. The dining room table was beautifully set and on each plate rested the menu for the evening. The first course was a chicken soup served in large won tons. This was certainly a creative take on a traditional dish and was received with enthusiasm. The main course was a succulent lamb served over parmesan polenta. The amazing meal was completed with a decadent white chocolate mousse served in martini glasses. This, too, was a hit with our guests. The service was impeccable. At the end of the evening, the kitchen was left spotless! I would not hesitate to have them cater another dinner party at our home.
Sincerely, Terry Dukes
